Good variety of tiles, gorgeous showroom and friendly staff. However, not great customer service. We ordered and paid for tiles and grout but we're not accurately informed about availability/ timeframe for delivery. Would of appreciated honesty (&/or phone call afterwards) e.g. will need to confirm ETA on that particular item

Tile republic were easy to deal with and have fantastic customer service.We ordered online for delivery to VIC.We dealt with Simone to arrange delivery etc who was very friendly and so easy to deal with.Our item was unfortunately delivered broken (as it was a fragile and large piece) so we rang Simone who arrange another delivery and got delivered the very next day. Can’t fault that level of device! Would highly recommend Tile Republic.

I didn't even know about tile republic until our builder mentioned for our bathroom renovation. They have beautiful tiles and tapwares. I ended up purchasing all bathroom wares from the tile republic except vanity and cabinet. Sonia was more than helpful. (I didn't even know what to choose for our bathroom at the beginning). She didn't mind being contacted for not only for their products but others related to the bathroom. And our new bathroom looks so lovely!! I highly recommend to see Sonia if anyone is considering bathroom reno.

Great family business that's professional and has some outstanding products....Did I mention the showroom!! Committed, knowledgable staff Bruno, Sonya and Kate (apologies to the ones I don't know by name, you too are fabulous) and provide an exceptional service. What I admire most is the quality of your tiles, tap and vanity wear!
