These guys are a pleasure to deal with, great customer service, fair quote, skilled workmanship, lovely people. Screens look amazing, function beautifully and best of all I can now take advantage of the breeze without any uninvited guests meaning less use of fans and aircon too!!

During my renovation process, Alex from “Retracted” has been by far the most honest, pleasurable and professional to work with. Alex came to measure the various windows and doors the day after I contacted him. He immediately knew which option would be best for our home, and promptly ordered and installed the retractable fly screens within his promised timeframe. He made the process of installation very easy and is so polite, reliable and friendly, as is his exceptional team member, Tom. The fly screens are well priced and serving us really well with fresh air and no annoying tiny insects. I highly recommend Alex and Tom, to anyone looking for fly screens. I have already engaged them for another job.

Very pleased with the service and install of our retractable fly screens in our Docklands apartment. We wanted to maintain the view when not in use. (See pics). Alex turned up on time and knew how it would fit and work with minimum disruption to view. Involved us in options and installed them carefully and quickly. Good value having looked at others who quoted higher or did not seem helpful in wanting to come out and inspect and quote. Our Large Blind retracts into a cassette that is no bigger (almost) than the door frame. Ideal for Apartments and better than a permanent sliding screen affecting half the view .

From the very first phone call Alex was responsive and helpful arranging a measure and quote for two screens for triple stacking doors the next day. He arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. Received our measure and quote immediately which we accepted as it was far less than other quotes we’d had. Our screens arrived less than three weeks later. Installation took approximately one and a half hours and they look amazing. We couldn’t be happier and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

I would highly recommend to contact Alex if you want to install a flyscreen at your home. Alex is a decent and professional person. I’m happy with the quality of the flyscreen and the service that provided by Alex. I will definitely contact Alex again if I need to install a flyscreen for my other windows of my house.
