Shellie went above and beyond to help our bebbies get the medication they needed after quarantine destroyed their meds and their flight home was cancelled. It’s rare to find anyone who’ll go to so much trouble for a complete strangers dogs (she even went and bought them a roast chook to eat cause they’d just come out of quarantine) nothing but love love love for Shellie

Shellie.I wanted to say “Thank You”. I was extremely anxious in leaving our fur baby, this was his first boarding for more than a few days.Duke (8yo Red & Tan Kelpie) was a picture of health and clearly a happy boy. He was extremely excited to be home, peeing on everything once home. I even think the alpacas were happy to see him. One skipping towards him when he entered the enclosure. “Animals are a glorious gift to us humans”.It took him no time to resume to his normal habits.Thank you again. The Duke will be back on our next trip away.

Anyone looking for a great boarding resort for their dogs I can highly recommend Countryside pet resort. Shellie and her family were great, they looked after my 2 dogs with excellent care. I was kept up to date on how my dogs were going, they were getting plenty of exercise and most importantly plenty of love.

Our 11 year old King Charles Cav X (Portiaa) was pampered, well looked after with love and tender care throughout her months long stay with Shellie @ Countryside Pet Resort. I cannot recommend Shellie highly enough for all care and giving to our family dog. Our dog means the world to us and we know Shellie treated Portiaa as one of her own pets. Thanks Shellie for everything and your protection and attentiveness towards our dear dog. Portiaa and our family are eternally grateful.

Left our 1 year old Beagle Remi with Shelley for her first boarding experience over the Easter long weekend. We were naturally apprehensive being our first time leaving our pup with anyone that wasn't family!Picked her up Easter Monday after a 4 night stay and couldn't be happier with how she's been looked after! Pup was naturally excited to see us but was happy, healthy and wasn't even thirsty or hungry when she got home!Will definitely be taking her back next time we need a kennelThank you for a great first experience

Countryside Pet Resort
We highly recommend Shellie at Countryside Pet Resort. Our two dogs Dakota and Sheila stayed with her for 15 days, and were well taken care of. After 3 long flights from South Africa to Melbourne, loosing their sister Mia-pug along the way and a long stay in Quarantine, they were completely traumatized. Shellie helped to get them back to normal and gave them the attention they needed to heal. We received regular photos and a few videos and were kept informed daily on their progress. Thank you to Shellie and her family for helping us through the hardest 15 days of our lives!

We left our dog here, he's pretty needy, the lovely lady there really cares for the pets and she looked after our dog magnificently.
