Okay! Me and friends are not trying to bully someone/minor or mess with someone/minor/owner. We were just there to have donuts and coffee and got negative looks and bad service from people who were working there and gave OUR opinion publicly. One of my friends was on video call and the girl MISUNDERSTOOD that we we’re taking videography (which we can even prove if you guys want to include authorities in the matter). Don’t try to convince people with wrong information or with sense of your favor.

Order 6 pack of fried ferroro, and a deep fried mix pack.Delivered by uber, in which the bag was sealed and only the fried ferreros where in the bag.Called store to inform them of missing items, lady that answered said her shift just started so it's her colleagues fault".She offered to replace missing items but only if I come get them myself.Pretty poor customer service

Ordered 9 coffees and the girl was already giving us looks, milk was not boiled properly and coffee was cold., we were there in the shop and one coffee was left to make and we asked if we can grab donuts as rest of the people nearly finished the coffee.. she refused straight away and said she will make the coffe first.. worst coffee and spoiled our day as well..

We walked out of the cafe without complaining and decided to put just one review but instead of apologising you decided to threaten us in the worst way possible. We weren’t treated right and the terrible coffee was served. Sure, check your cctv from the moment we walked into the cafe.Were we greeted when we entered the cafe?Did the staff serving come forward to take our order?How long did it take to serve 9 coffee ( more than half an hour) and did we like the taste because most of us dumped the coffee in bin?Please do listen to the conversation we had if you can. We don’t have any problem involving the authorities, we were capturing our own moments not video making of third person of public or staff.
