Went in with a sore neck & lower back..Probably the worst massage I have ever received even after saying it needs to be firmer/ stronger all I had were soft finger tips in the same soft pattern over back n arms..I have so many knots & always so easily found & treated not 1 rubbed out out..C

Very dissatisfied!I asked for a remedial massage on my neck and shoulders. Walked out feeling worse than when I arrived. Was actually the worst massage I’ve ever spent money on and it was not cheap ($90)The towels where damp and therapist spoke very poor English. Did not relieve any of my issues at all.

Extremely disappointed, especially after I have few great massages at their establishment in Kotara.The receptionist spoke almost no english.I also soon found out that she wasn't only the receptionist but also the masseuse, which mean frequent interruptions during the massage in order to attend the front desk.As another google user pointed out, towels on the massage bed were not completely dry.The massage itself was the most disappointing part. No pressure, no technique and no attention to the customer needs.
