I have to admit, you guys aren’t the cheapest in town (not the most expensive either), but let me also say, absolutely no regrets!!!!I could safely leave everything to Liam (and Scott) and I just knew it would all get done in great time.Even the dogs loved them! Didn’t bark at all! They say that dogs are the greatest judge of characters!!1000% I would recommend Kraft Electrical and we will definitely use you guys again!!(Also to note - Danielle who organised everything in the background is absolutely a hoot to deal with and I honestly love having conversations with her!!)

Nathan and the team are always a pleasure to deal with. Kraft Electrical are SUPER HEROES! They tick all the boxes that you are looking for when hiring a trade. On time, professional, expansive knowledge of their trade and treat your home like it is their own. With my partner being pregnant, not having power was a bit of an issue. Nathan and the team sprung into action. Not only immediately giving me a temporary solution but they were able to come back and rewire the whole house within a week. The whole team were very respectful of our home and went above and beyound my expectations.This is a 10/10 electrical company like none other in Newcastle.Thanks Kraft!

We used the services of Kraft Electrical to conduct a full service on our solar system. They came out promptly, notified us when they were on their way. The young fellow was extremely professional, took before and after shots. We were extremely happy with the service, would not hesitate to recommend the business and will use them again in the future. The young fellow who did our work is an absolute credit to himself, to his parents and to the company he is employed by. Well done young man.

WOW!!! Kraft electrical were awesome, great service every time.Kraft was our first call--and our only call. We had planned to get quotes from several electricians, but once we met Nathan and Anthony at Kraft, we stopped searching. Not only were they prompt and very courteous, they was also extremely professional. Nathan was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Nathan even sent us a thank you note in appreciation for our business. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic (and commitment to a job well done) these days. Nathan and his team are the highest quality professionals that you can work with. We had a 8 kW solar system fitted and the team got on with their job with the utmost professionalism and friendly manner you could ask for. They were courteous, polite, friendly and professional. I found them through online and got in contact with Danielle. Gave us a quick availability in a short period of time .Very Professional team.Danielle, Nathan and Antony were really helpful and prompt.We had flickering issue with the down lights and when I updated Danielle, the next day Nathan and Anthony came and fixed it on a Friday evening at no extra cost and also provided us with a ripple filter to prevent the flickering.All I can say is they are very responsive and on to it.We would 100% use their service again.Hari & Ash
