Im waiting in line. 6 people infront 10 behind. 1 cash register operating, this must be a joke. Parents with kids just left frustrated. The workers are doing what they can. The management needs to hire more people especially during peak hours

Mashies are back. But they are actually like cylindrical pieces and taste quite boring on their own. Gravy saves it. They are good gravy carrying medium. Make sure you grab gravy. 12 pack is quite substantial for a snack.

Poor service from reckless staff. They just look like kill time on working hours and wait for getting off work, even it is the lunch time. The staff just grab all the things slowly and unconcernedly! They let me wait over 15 mins just for two boxes of chicken wings. They always don’t care about online order and ignore it. It’s fast food but never fast at Burwood KFC. How dare your guys asked me what am I waiting for after 15 mins? You even don’t know what ur clients’ order content? Ridiculous!! kFC, you really need to take a professional training for ur staff. They should be more efficiency and professional!!!!!!

This kfc has its off days, but it is above average in quality overall in comparison to other kfc’s in its area. I order wicked wings usually and they have usually been fresh and crispy.

Girl at the counter did not look like she knew what she was doing, if she was new why was no one training her or helping her. I ordered a zinger box, I got a zinger stacker, they forgot my chips. The kids on looked like they were talking and having fun rather than working. I guess that’s why they messed up my order. Just Terrible.

Just got my 5 wicked wings 5 minutes ago and the staff service is terrible. I dont expect any as fast food store but she didn’t even give me any napkins or asked me abt the bag. Only 2 customers (including me) at the time she served. Hope the manager team can do something. I really like the taste ( their chicken used to be salty but it is really good now) but it swings my mood when she served mePs: the star point is for customer service attitude. As usual, i just want to say that if you expect someone serve you the same in some restaurants, please keep doing the same attitude. Also”dont let your bad day become someone bad time, they don’t involve to your story”
