This Organisation KNOWS it's Stuff.One of the best and most competent organisations I've had the pleasure been trained by in the last 40 or so years. Friendly and interactive classroom setting. If you actually want to learn something or be genuinely skilled up... then consider engaging the services of this training organisation. I completed 2 courses on the same day, and not only did they go above and beyond with organising for me to get in the class at such short notice, but the trainer/assessor stayed back very late so it was completed.Top owners and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely go again for other training courses.

Discussed rebooking a cpr & first aid course advised they would send through the details. Unfortunately they got my email address incorrect and I missed the course and they refused to change the date even though I didn't receive the email and the course was still charged for even though it was their mistake. Poor customer service do not recommend.

Have heard countless bad things about this business, all of which regarding money and refusal of refunds. I'd avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle.

AVOID THIS RTO AT ALL COSTSI called within 24hours to cancel a booking for a course and they kept 100% of the course fee as per their ridiculous policy (a policy that is, 1 hard to locate, 2, contradicts another policy on the website and is NOT as they state 'fair and adequate')ACCC has been notified of this company, not worth your money or time.If I could give zero stars I would.Edit.. nice reply from the owner however if you look at the reviews a person has had a similar experience as me.

I have done several self funded courses with DTE to improve my options and the training i received was very good and knowledgeable. Facilities were also good and all staff were approachable and helpful. The testing was thorough and relevant to my requirements. I would recommend DTE Training and Safety without hesitation. They helped me to achieve my desired goals.
