Terrible customer service. I contracted WC to service and replace parts on our office printer, they quoted the works and I accepted. They ordered parts almost two months ago and everytime I've asked for an eta I'm told they can't provide one and the client relations manager" only seems to be interested in selling me a new printer. I declined his offers and asked him to simply follow up with the supplier and check if they've shipped their order and I was ignored
