Mike has helped me through three malfunctioning laptops to date and an NBN router above and beyond what anyone could hope for in this day and age. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeability about a range of things around computers and his general knowledge and keen wit are to be admired also. Recommended by a friend, I rang Keith at Advanced Computers this morning bemoaning the fact that my space bar was U.S (or possibly R.S) and I was going crazy putting periods between every word to make it readable. I needed to write Christmas Services for my local Aged Care Facility.Keith invited me to bring my nasty little computer down to his Computer Hospital, assessed the situation, then GAVE me a keyboard f.o.c - I was astounded and grateful!He said he was going to be a pensioner (like me) pretty soon and 'anyhow..he said, 'it is Christmas'!How lovely was that?
