Excellent customer service. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable (Luke in particular). Much more helpful than the rude Telstra employees next door. Thanks for your help Optus! I highly recommend this place.

I would just like to thank Kayla for helping me set up my new phone, Kayla also explained to me how to set up my Samsung watch 5 when I get home so I had better WiFi to connect it to my phone. So thanks Kayla.

Extremely poor customer service from one particular “employee”. I’d complain to head office but if he loses his job, he just becomes a burden on welfare (tax payer). Not worth it

I had a young girl who really took the time to explain everything to me ,she was so helpful. Good to see staff who ask if they can help you. Something that another of retail stores lack.
