Helped me out when my windscreen broke. Quick and very nice service!

This company changed my windscreen on an insurance claim and broke the side edging. They refuse to fix unless I $40 pay extra as they have already put the claim paperwork through. Beware and use another repairer. I will be reporting this to trading standards. Job ended up being fixed by o'briens in Emerald who replaced the part broken by this company.

Our windscreen was chipped while following a truck and began to crack horizontally. Highlands repaired the crack at short notice and were cheerful working late to do so.

Ordered windscreen 4 weeks ago. Rang 4 times to see when it was in. Was told they,d get back to me. 4 weeks later haven't heard a thing. Obviously didn't want my business. Got it elsewhere $ 65 cheaper

Was very impressed with their service. Called in the morning to get 1 window done, was fully booked but they still managed to fit me in, and then they not only fixed the one window, but looked into all. Overall very impressed and very welcoming. Will definitely come back and absolutely recommend. Thanks Jamie and Robyn.

Got a small stone chip in the windscreen while touring, and wanted to get it fixed before it became a large chip or worse. It happened on a weekend and we arrived in Emerald on Sunday afternoon. Needed to be in Blackall (about 4 hours drive away) by late Monday afternoon so did not have much time to get the repair done. Called Highland Autoglass at 8:00am Monday and explained the situation. They said to bring it in at 9:00 and it was fixed by 9:30. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I’m happy with the result and the cost. By contrast, their competitor (a large national chain) said they were booked out for two weeks and could not possibly help me.

A rock shattered our back window on the Isuzu and Robyn arranged to get it shipped up fm Brisbane to Emerald and got it fitted on the day it arrived. Price was the best I could find with service and finish both exemplary. They cleaned up the back of the car of broken glass and marks from the duct tape. A very good business and the highest recommendation from me.
