Studio Pilates International Redcliffe
I have just started going to studio Pilates and really enjoying it I was looking for something to go alongside my usual gym classes. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The studio is beautifully presented. I have no experience of doing Pilates before and have been surprised how challenging it acting is. Would highly recommend to anyone who is either looking to maintain their current exercise or looking to start doing something.

Thoroughly enjoying the sessions at Studio Pilates! I love the fact they’ve got tv screens showing the exercises which allows the instructors to come and help with technique throughout! Would definitely recommend Studio Pilates Redcliffe.

Studio Pilates International Redcliffe
This is incredible, I have been going for two weeks and I can already feel the difference in my body, the ladies that run the classes are awesome and take the time to make sure you are doing it properly! I love this because I can feel where my muscles are working, but I don't have horrible pains in my joints from working out! I recommend Studio Pilates at Redcliffe to everyone!
