The shop looks fantastic with a great range and great service. Attention to detail for my husbands requirements were first class. It was a great atmosphere and the Grooms Rooms has got to the the best in Victoria.Definitely will be back!

Not only did they find me the perfect suit jacket for a last minute evening event (after stripping several models in search) but they found a way to get a forgotten piece of clothing all the way to Melbourne within a week of my visit. Great service and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll be back!

Horrible experience with buying our wedding attire. Terrible communication, changed the brand of our pants without telling us, no idea if there was a difference in price but the ones we ended up with were poor quality with one pair falling part on the wedding day. Staff are great management are not.

Joe Paul Menswear were fantastic to deal with. We had a large bridal party with 9 people requiring suits. Chris looked after us from fittings through to final pick up, he remembered our names and wedding details right from the start and was always helpful and accomodating.The whole experience was fantastic.

Went into the store the other day, was served by a young man who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. Wide variety of suits and men’s clothing. Was all around a really good shopping experience and is refreshing that there’s still nice family run business’ in the Bendigo area. Will be a return customer.

Absolutely shocking service, A couple of months after we booked the men's suits for my wedding after all the fittings, I got phone calls asking whether the men were having flowers or handkerchiefs, my husband told me they already went through this and they apparently wrote it down. After hanging up I got a call back asking what colours, I said the same as the vests, and she said oh yeah ok. About an hour later I got another call asking what colour is the groom having for his vest and tie"
