Worst Chicken treat ever, the staff always seem to get my order wrong, and miss place things. The staff are not friendly at all and seem like its a hard thing to serve a customer without attitude, I have tried with this place over and over again, and constantly have gotten either cold food or old soggy food and horrible burgers. Never coming here again.

Got Chicken Treat today and the mac and cheese balls were dry and also tasted like flour. rest was good though. just need to work on the mac n cheese balls

The only issue i have with this store is the drive through gets served quicker than walk in customers.I work local and a weekly regular and each time since open ive walked in counted numerous vehicle get their order before i recieved mine.

Stopped by as we were in the area. When we walked up to the counter my husband didn't know what to have. The gentleman at the register was very patient and asked him if he preferred chicken pieces or burgers. He then went through menu items that may be of interest. I've never experienced this level of service from a fast food outlet before. It's refreshing. When it came to the food, my husbands burger was made perfectly ( amazing was what he described it) and mine was hot and salted just to my taste. It's quiet now but I'm sure in time people would flock here if the service and food continues at this level.

Drive thru is extremely slow. Been sitting here for 23 min only 2 cars ahead of me. Even if there's only 1 car in front I find it slow. Food is too rushed and not acceptable.Pretty cold.

Been sitting in the drive thru over 20mins now on a Tuesday night of all things. All the 4WD have driven over the island ro get out but us smaller cars are just stuck here. Not moving! My daughter just wanted an icecream

Nice little store, with lovely seating options. Has a nice handwriting station for hygiene. Wonderful service by the young ladies working approx 20:10 on 25/11/21. Have always had a positive experience visiting here

DO NOT BUY HERE, had a very bad first time experience wait times were rediciulus when was only one car in front who also drove off with no order like us, beep at staff so could get info on why there was a delay.. basically ignored us and gave no response just left us there, absoultey disgusting behaviour to customers.
