Went for a boost juice because they were open at 1030 pm. Poor staff member was by himself getting smashed with customers. Must be poor managment or staff who just don’t want to rock up. Either way not safe for this staff member at all to be working until 12am alone. Good juice, unsafe working conditions

Terrible Terrible product. Ordered mango smoothie. Pretty simple right. Not so.The product taste like lots of ice, syrup, nectar, sugar & chemicals. Not even a single hint of mango.Either it was the ice or the frozen fruits, straight away attacked the throat & fell sick & bed ridden for 4 days.Poor product without any taste as advertised.

Visiting for a holiday with family, we ordered a number of drinks and were patient as the team member was busy with a rush of customers. They called out my order and I confirmed it with one team member only to have a second minutes later verbally abuse me about taking drinks that aren’t mine. It was a genuine mistake by her team member and not mine and yet we got a talking to, totally unprofessional! Would avoid all together.

Tabitha is such an amazing person! She's regularly running this boost all by herself, even when it's super busy. I honestly really hope that she gets the appreciation she deserve because of all of her hard work. She's so quick and efficient, but still delivers beautiful customer service!!! Please keep up the good work, you are a legend :)

This is a direct attack on upper management, train your staff, this poor girl seemed like she had not been trained and looked overwhelmed serving at the till. She was trying her best but clearly lacked training and was very stressed, which no new employee deserves to feel like that.But shout out to Johnny who was making drinks and absolutely killing it. Homie was mixing and pouring like a smoothie making god. Raise for Johnny.

So rude the woman with red hair and freckles. I was looking a paper for understand what does means but she got from my hands in an aggressive way and said: it’s a gift card if you want, you need to pay. I felt so bad and now I’m recommending all my friends never go there… I live around and all the time that I pass there, I feel really bad.

I attempted to order a medium mango magic, yet the lady taking my order was clearly not listening. Once my drink was ready they did not even attempt to read my name properly, instead hesistating and then reading a completely different name. Furthermore, the drink I received was not a medium, but a original sized. Terrible service, never coming back
