Not happy with this company, we called for a 4x4 vehicle recovery off a farm which they said they could do, firstly they were delayed 90min and then when they came their winch didn't reach as they really only do road recovery. Still charged us too! Had to get another company out, which was able to recover the vehicle in 15min. Very unhappy with the poor communication on what this company can actually do.
