Had my rear bumper replaced on my i30, there were a couple issues with the work initially. One nervous phone call later and they were incredibly helpful taking care of me and fixing any problems. What more could I ask for.

We were referred to insurance smash repairs and so glad we engaged them. They were very accommodating, very welcoming and turn around time was outstanding. The vehicle being repaired was one of our work Utes so we needed it back asap, which to our surprise it was back within 4 days!!Can’t recommend insurance smash repairs enough.Thanks guys.

Excellent job and look after the customer with high level of services. Noticed dirt stain in car interior after pick-up. Returned the car back and they cleaned it up using pro detailing work.

I will say i am extremely impressed with the job insurance smash repairs have done repairing and match painting my xr6 after it was driven into by another car. Iv not long owned my car and repainted it so when it was hit i was quite upset. Insurance smash repairs quoted 8 days to fix the damage which was all down the passanger side and the 8 days was all they needed. Their customer service was great very polite. They have done a brillant job so a huge 10 out of 10 from me i highly recommend them to everyone no matter how big the job. Thankyou insurance smash repairs im a very happy customer.

Insurance Smash Repairs
My insurance company uses insurance smash repairs, and they obviously use them for a reason. My car was in for repairs within a month, and I got it back a day earlier than what they expected the repairs to take. I didn't expect them to clean my cars interior, as all the repairs were external, but to my surprise they gave the inside a detail as well. Extremely happy with their service and would use them outside of an insurance claim.
