This is the second time I have used them. Needed to have a leaking toilet fixed along with a new kitchen tap and pressure problem fixed in the bathroom sink tap. Michael arrived on time with the new kitchen tap I had talked about with reception. He was friendly, professional and got everything done fast and efficiently. Fantastic service from all concerned.

Friendly, professional and efficient service. I spoke with Natalie who advised that they were fully booked, but said she would try to see if someone could come the same day. She called me within an hour to advise that someone would be available in the afternoon. Got a call from the plumber before he arrived. The leak was repaired in a half hour and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We just got the rental unit toilet fix at a very short notice and they contacted us back right away. They arranged the time within a few days even though there were multiple parties to contact.We were contacted in advanced the morning of the work and 30 mins before Roman turned up and best of all he turned up on time. He was very polite and professional.Luckily for us the issue was a easy to fix so it was done on the spot, promptly and professionally. The K-Oz guys attended my Wishart property in Jan to replace and relocate an old boiler.
