fix2U Adelaide - Phone Repair That Comes To You!

It’s difficult to write this on my terribly cracked screen... tiny shards of glass continue to lodge themselves into my fingers as I scroll. I booked for a repair today for my iPhone 7. After taking my phone for about half an hour or so, the repairer returned saying he only had a black screen replacement, which would look tacky and cheap on my rose pink phone so I said no thanks. A complete waste of both my time and his! Also, he tried calling 000 on my phone several times. Maybe by accident? I’m not sure! Weird.On a more positive note, booking was very easy and quick. I liked the idea of having someone come to me for the repair. This rating would have most likely been a 5 had my screen been repaired!

BEWARE!!I had Fix2U repair" my daughters iPhone XR for a broken back glass. When it came back it was never the same. Camera had bad colours

The customer service was great however screen quality is terrible. 2 hours later I sat down with my phone in my pocket like I had done for years with no issues, cracked through brand new screen protector and glass. No resolution has been offered. Very disappointing to spend $250 to have a screen replaced only for hours later to have broken screen. Quality of screen need to be improved i order to warrant the cost.

Booked in the repairs via the website and was contacted by the repair hero. The repair hero didn't show up at the agreed time and was then impossible to lock down for an appointment after that. After the told me they travel to my area (10 min outside service area) they then changed their mind and said they couldn't do it. I can't get away from work during a regular work day to have the repairs done and would have really appreciated if they had of just simply said from the start that they couldn't do it. I only used them as it is a work phone and the IT department told me to use them. I will never attempt to use them again.

Quick only took 17 mins and did it in the back of his car good quality and free protector awesome dudes

Next business day response, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Plug in was exemplary and went above and beyond. Great service, wholeheartedly recommend.

Booked on Monday earliest appointment was Wednesday! Half an hour before got a text message to say car broken down could I reschedule I said sure same time tomorrow! No earliest is Saturday...poor service I cancelled and I will go local for same price and much better service

Today 16 sept 2022. I book them for my iPhone x screen repair. First they book after that the call and said we don’t have iphone x screen. Waste to money and time. Very very bad experience with them. Don’t order anything
