Excellent level of service and a comprehensive knowledge of the property I purchased and the market in this area. When interacting with Alex, his customer service skills were first rate, happy to assist; however was not pushy, which made for a very good experience. Wish we read the reviews before signing with Brad. We had the same experience as many others. My wife and I were high balled with promises of great sale prices for our house with a short time frame. Until 6 weeks in and no offers Brad insisted we drop price by 10%. Over 4 months we did not even get 1 offer. We have since changed agents and received 2 offers within a week. It is clearly Brads strategy to promise great prices to get pens on paper, then make clients drop prices. Also very poor communication, no feedback after open house inspections.
