Hopeless undertrained staff that can't keep up.Waited for a 1 burger that was not even being made for 20 minutes after being told I had to wait 10 minutes to be served.Wasn't just my order but my friends also.

Poor service. Will not take more than one order at drive through which they say is because they might forget to give the second order out, appears they are hopeless, and then forgot burgers. Also nuggets were soggy. They appear useless at this KFC, others I have never had an issue.

after my efforts to find a good spot to have a dine in dinner somewhere in kempsey after a long day at work failed as nothing is open and all the Chinese places do not do dine in i was forced to find a meal to eat here. i thought that i would be able to rely on KFC to refuel my hunger. i was extremely dissapointed to find that all my chicken was under cooked. at first they insisted that the raw chicken was only that colour because of the seasoning but i know better than to eat a fluro pink piece of chicken. i then got refunded my money after a considerable effort and instead was forced to find a servo to continue my meal seeking journey.in conclusion if i ever had to pass through kempsey again i would simply just go hungry as this option leaves me with less of a head ache

This quality image is of a zinger burger from the combo box just ordered. Have they removed the lettuce from the burgers now??? Also had a slider - flatbread were cold and hard, asked for extra salt on chips but to say they had any salt would have been a generous comment. Service were slow and ambivalent at best. Sadly I still think that $30 is expensive for fast food for two people, served in a paper bag with no napkins.Disappointing. Are all KFCs this bad??

Whoa - a bit of Déjà vu for me.It was terrible, just like my visit to its Port Macquarie counter part store, this Chicken was firm, dry and small.The lid to the tub of potato and gravy never made it, so it was everywhere, and surprisingly the food was stil dry. The chips were best eaten straight away, before this tide of grey gravy took over.Avoid the rush - don't go.

Mess up every takeaway order we place. No sauce for nuggets, zinger by accident, had to ask for my drinks that were forgotten. Can we train the children to read a screen that’s directly in front of them please?

Stopped here whilst passing through. Items missing from order were noticed after driving ahead. Called to offer feedback but manager was rude and said, my staff are young and we all make mistakes.""

Unfortunately kfc tastes nothing like it did. In fact it's tastless now. Where are the herbs and spices from the past. How could the taste just disappear? I use to look forward to it now I'm always disappointed

Just ordered a boxed meal through drive through and i just lost it to the ground because the employees arent being trained to do the boxes up right. 1 of my handles was tucked in under the other side, so when i picked up the box from the handle it ripped open and food went everywhere
