Never responds to messages. Will go awol for months at a time and leave vital tax related business matter unattended (BAS etc) before eventually calling you after you’ve hounded her for months, promising to fix it and then doing nothing. Honestly would call the service myself and my partner received from Emily as negligent.Have tried repeatedly to get in touch prior to posting this, but she made that impossible. Employing her services was detrimental to my partner and I’s business and I strongly recommend you avoid using her.
