If I could give less than one star, I would. The owner said ‘I hope the bed is strong enough’ and after that insult, I chose not to proceed and left. I later sent a respectful explanatory message requesting a refund of the $50 deposit I gave, based on how humiliated I felt and was told that deposits could only be returned within 24 hours of the appointment. Then I was blocked and couldn’t reply to say ‘Had I of known that I would be insulted 24 hours prior I would have cancelled’. I do not recommend this ‘service’
