De Honey Charcoal Grilled

My son loves the beef burger and chips, and my daughter always goes with satay (2 beef, 2 chicken & 2 lamb). The satay is way way way better than those we had in Kuala Lumpur!

Chicken satay is very well marinated making juicy, tasty chicken sticks. Ketupat and Peanut sauce is also well-done. All on the sweet side for my tastebuds but this is Australia - everything is sweeter.However, price doesn't commensurate with portion size, so you'd have to spend $$ equal to a nice Chinese restaurant or pub in order to feel satisfied, and no cold water to boot. In a less than nice atmosphere, no serviette nor cutlery needed, in a building where clearly rental is much cheaper (look at other shops in this place)... Hence the mixed-feelings rating. 5-sticks $16 chicken satay plate is ok for one pensioner who has a small appetite.Location is fine - easy access, lots of free parking, even under shade. Enough around to keep very young kids occupied while you eat. It's just you'd have to spend $26.90 to get 8 sticks of Chicken satay with some condiments to feed One adult and your 3 yr old half full, or that $26.90 would just about feed an adult male with a drink extra. In a food court location, I am not convinced. Price is fine for lamb and beef satays, but chicken is most tender.

What you’ll get grilling frozen chicken piecesVisit for the second time, this time it was unfortunate.Watery gravy aside.Meat was still raw inside. Understandable when grilling raw meat while it is still cold/frozen, it gets grilled well just skin-deep.

the size of their satay is pretty big in comparison - which is good. taste wise, i don't think it is the best i've had in Perth, but still pretty good nonetheless for us to want to visit again every now and then. staff here have been friendly too, so far.

Literally the best satay place in Perth, the smoky coconut flavour was amazing and you can see the grill right at the counter. The sauce and the toppings (rice, cucumber, onion) were all very fresh and nice as well as the service being friendly. The restaurant was also very popular with quite a bit of a line. Definitely returning again to have some great satay :)
