The staff are always friendly, very helpful & understanding! Good range of products & always nice to know if you join the club, you are accumulating points on your products for future purchases.

Went for a covid shot during this escalating pandemic crisis. The booking was made successfully online - that was as far as it got- with the unhelpful staff having no compassion, understanding or customer care refusing to give the vaccine preferring to cite the current law restrictions. Had a issue with this pharmacy 15 years ago and nothing has changed. This pharmacy does not know the meaning of health CARE. Go elsewhere.

Every time I go there the girls are so helpful and obliging. They have a vast number of products also a huge cabinet of perfumes. Also I am.one of the Sister Club members and they do a great job.

If there was an option for 0 star it would have been goldenSo basically my experience if you don’t have a baby sitter don’t goHave dark complexion don’t go she told me word for word“Do you want the foundation to match your skin tone or abit lighter some girls do go for the lighter look …..and don’t cry about the final look of full face makeup pretend you like it so they don’t think your wanting it for freeI sat in my car and cried and cried all I wanted was to buy the make up she put on me tht day so I can practice until my dad gets married this Sunday I almost went home and locked me n my daughter in the room to escape and not feel so ugly but I looked at my 5month daughter and said no she needs me to be strong so I got her baby wipes and wiped it off crying still whilst talking to my friend whose sister is a Qualified Fijian beautician in Sydney myers and she had to calm me down.I’ll never set foot in tht place again or any of my family tht loves mePriceline I do hope you know you did cause my insecurities go up even higher but if it wasn’t for my daughter and friends I’d be depressed in my room crying over a so called professional make up artist who didn’t want to do my makeup in the first place as soon as she seen me.

A good place to find many things for health and beauty, prices excellent

Priceline pharmacy are doing AstraZeneca Vaxzevria, also while you are waiting u can also have free health check , good customer service. Prices are reasonable . There is parking out the front as Priceline pharmacy is in the main Street just near Port Central shopping centre. Stay safe to U all and God bless....

Port Macquarie store, might i suggest your staff don't sit there talking about there dog and all they problems they have had with it when serving a customer, not even acknowledging them. Taking there sweet time to put through 3 items whilst stopping constantly to talk to there work mate. When something is said gee the attitude made it a whole lot worse, this is not the sort of staff that should be working on a register when talking to the other workers is way more important. I believe her name was Chantelle or something along those lines. I was less then impressed with this poor customer service.
