Easy moves are excellent!!Would definitely recommend A+++We moved with a noted Gold Coast removalist who when we asked if he could help move the piano too, walked over tried to pick it up and said No thanks". We got stuck with a piano 6 days before having to be gone!My wife rang Easy Moves who moved the piano no worries

Outstanding. I have done numerous moves, and Ian and Andrew have by far been the best. Friendly and courteous. Punctual, honest, very efficient and very hard working. Nothing was a problem. From booking to completion of the job. Excellent price and go above and beyond what was requested. Good old fashion ethics, high standards and extremely hard working. A real pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Easy moves. Will not bother with anyone else for future moves - will only use these guys. Simply superb.

This company stole $100 from me. Booked EZ Move a week in advance and they didn't show up. No one contacted me to tell me anything.Apparently someone broke their toe and I get that accidents happen but I paid a $100 deposit and deserved to be advised as soon as possible. I called multiple numbers with no answer until at 5:20 (5 hours after their scheduled arrival time) one guys messaged back.I had to pay heaps of money to secure other movers last minute and i incurred other costs inclu ding all the food I ended up throwing out and petrol money for friends that helped me out too.If I don't get my deposit back I'll be contacting the ACCC.

Ian and the team at Easy Moves made moving out of one place, into storage and then into a new place a few weeks later an absolute breeze. The team are professional, approachable, take care of all your belongings and down for a laugh while they are at it. Wouldn't hesitate to book removals with Easy Moves again in the future.

Ian, his wife and team were fabulous. From the beginning when I contacted to get a quote through to the very professional move. They were the only firm to offer to visit our home and provide a fixed quote which was very competitive with no hidden surprises. They provided boxes, lots of boxes and could not do enough to help us. Nothing was damaged or broken. Highly recommend Ian and team. Thanks again for naking a stressful time less stressful.

We have moved twice with Ian and the team at Easy Moves. Both moves were challenging with complex access and multiple drop offs/pick ups. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and Kent, they did an outstanding job - everything was moved in good time and with great care so there was no damage either time. It is almost impossible to describe just how good Ian is, and how much value you get for your money, when you move with Ian. Read through all other reviews and you see that every single person cannot speak highly enough of Ian, and the only poor review was a case of mistaken identity.With Ian you will certainly get: the same care as if he was moving his own belongings; every statement he makes will be honored or bettered (timing, cost, etc); nothing but positivity and he willingly goes above and beyond what you think are his duties, eg he stayed late on a Friday evening to put together our furniture / beds and plumb our washing machine / fridge etc. He is responsive and he seems obsessed with pleasing his clients. I don't have time or space here to detail all of his many other great attributes (humour, courteous, etc). We will certainly use him again.Moving is a stressful occasion, and the industry seems to have some shonky operators, but Ian is an absolute gem.

Every now and then you find a person with a team that reinstates your faith in humanity. Top that off with an incredible work ethic and a service with a “nothing is too much trouble if it helps you out” attitude and you have this rare diamond. Ian and his crew are the hardest working, fittest and very clever, (managed to find solutions to our difficult access) polite and just lovely people you could wish to have in a very stressful move. You’ll also have the added benefit of a great sense of humour when the going gets tough. Ian we have had the pleasure of your professionalism and assistance with 3 moves now and I want you with us for any future direction we take. Thank you for going the extra mile in everything you do. You’re simply the best!
