Appointments took weeks between bookings after getting me to take photos of the mould & email them. Then they didn't show up to either scheduled appointment all while I'm in the middle of moving house (which they know)

Absolutely disgraceful service.No respect for any tenant who actually has to LIVE with the Mould. Will not discuss the fact that their Report is completely INACCURATE and does not identify the actual SOURCE of the issue.Totally unimpressed with the receptionist's attitude when I tried to ask to speak with a manager about the problems. The attitude is well I will see if we will bother to call you back. Practically had to scream at them to get anyone to listen.People in a service industry have to learn how to handle concerns or dissatisfied customers with better effect.Suggest going elsewhere if considering getting a mould inspection done

I had a fantastic experience with Mould Cleaning Australia. I was able to book in an inspection over the phone with no issues. The inspector arrived promptly and was able to provide a detailed report of the issues that needed attention. Booking in the appointment was all over a few easy emails. The guys arrived at the agreed time and were able to get the job done after a couple of hours. Very happy with the results, the difference is very visible. Overall, very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
