I bought a new car last year from a dealership and felt the service was pretty average overall. I was the one that had to make enquires and ask the questions as other wise I wasn't getting any updates.I decided to upgrade our 2021 Rav4 Cruiser and wanted to purchased the new model RAV4 2022. After the average experience I had last time I decided to Contact Dan as he had some great reviews and overall feedback was fantastic. For those that are not sure believe me when I tell you this is the best way to buy a car and in my opinion the only way to buy it. Told Dan what we wanted, he did all the leg work, negotiated a good price on our behalf and found a vehicle for us that can be delivered much sooner than we thought. From the moment I made contact and purchased the new vehicle. His communication and updates whilst we waited was fantastic. I got every email replied to despite being in WA and any enquiry he followed up on. We were told our vehicle would be ready to collect End of Feb being 27th but we got the amazing call to say it will be ready for delivery on the 17th. The dealership we dealt with also provided a good level of service but believe that's because of Dan. The dealership was in Bunbury or 180kms away from us. They delivered the vehicle to our door. All I can say is Amazing service and professional all the way. I will definitely being using Dan again and wont hesitate telling my friends and colleagues all about the great service offered by Dan. For me its worth noting that when we go to buy a vehicle we often get emotional and excited and although our intentions are to get the best price we often don't succeed as we just want the car. Dan completely removes this scenario from happening and he has a huge dealer network so if one dealer cant help he will find one that can.Overall amazing service and cant tell you how much better this experience this time round was. 10/10 nothing to lose everything to gain by using Dan.
