The food was exceptional. It was better then most other fish and chips shops and the service was very polite and they had a good variety of seasonings to make the food taste even better then it already was! It was quite busy which makes sense because of how lovely the place was. It was peaceful with a nice view and it’s very relaxing. My favourite thing about this place is that it’s a bargain. You can get so much food for a cheap price! The food is so well seasoned and you can get it for a cheap price!

This place is amazing for gluten free ppl.The fish was by far the best battered gluten free fish I've ever had. The chips were on point too. Servings are huge. Partner and I shared 1 serve of fish and chips and we're stuffed. The staff were really friendly even though they were finishing up shifts, they also have an ice cream place next door. Great location and views of the harbour.

Granted, I was starving by the time I finally got to Mandurah and here from Perth after problems with the rail track past Warnbro and waiting around for a train replacement bus, but my fish and chips for $12.50 hit the spot.Hot, crunchy chips, decent batter and the fish was fresh and cooked well. Generous serve.

Just had a cupparolls and chips only a snack the rolls were stale the chips inedible just lke the chips had been cooked and cooked again. The staff just lovely thoughCome on jetty's you were the best around.letting your quality slip. from the old Jetty's fish and chip shop

Menu board said squid strip's in chilli . I was served Squid bits in batter on top of my chips with salad sqeezed to one side . All in a ridiculously small paper container with Mayo and chilli sauce squeezed over the top off the squid and chips!!! Bloody horrible! I won't be coming back to this establishment!

While driving thru Mandurah I felt like grabbing myself some fish and chips. So I did a google search to see if any were open. Jetty Fish N Burger appeared on my screen stating they close at 4pm. Arrived at the store to see a Large sign in the window saying CLOSING AT 4PM" I opened the shop door where there was another large clearly visible sign on the register that read "CLOSING AT 4PM" only to then be greeted by a young staff member who informed me they were closed. My reply was yes your closing at 4pm its only 3.30pm. You have a huge sign on the window and another right there saying 4pm. She proclaimed she was just about to remove them. Seriously if your going to close your shop early at least remove the signs and lock your door. Otherwise you will have potential customers leaving with a bad taste in their mouth. Might add they only went remove the signs after I had left and then came back and they saw me taking photo."

Food's great and, provided the weather's good, it's marvellous to sit outside and watch the water. Just be aware that the seagulls get a little too friendly, especially when there're chips around.

Don't grab fish and chips (or ice cream from next door) on a Sunday. Oil must be so old by Sunday as we could not eat the chips, they weren't just incredibly crispy from dark oil but had a odd taste to them. Same as the ice cream from next door, ice throughout the ice cream. All 3 flavours we picked had ice throughout the ice cream that caused an unpleasant taste and texture.
