We did two dives with Craig from Bremer Bay Dive in March 2017. Two of the best diving experiences we have ever had. In fact two of the best experiences that we have ever had full stop! Craig gave us customer service that was second to none and couldn't have done more to look after us. We felt safe and comfortable which left us free to just soak up the fantastic marine life. We saw both leafy and weedy sea dragons all due to Craig’s intimate local knowledge and extensive diving experience. The dives even without the sea dragons would have been fantastic - heaps of varied and beautiful marine life; but the sea dragons are just magical, super special creatures. A brilliant experience that was made that way by Craig - we talk about it often and have wonderful memories from that week. If you’re thinking about going - do! Thank you so much Craig - we will be back! :-) Rowena and Ian

Spectacular diving, Craig was a fantastic divemaster, explaining every last detail on how he liked to conduct his dives to keep us safe. He took us to a secret spot of his filled with fantastic sea life, including a sea dragon. The visibility and the water in the area was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better dive.

Absolutely stunning local area, experienced and helpful guide, and all gear assistance! Came to Bremer Bay not aware of the local diving and with nothing but swimwear, and saw so much on an opportunistic shore drive! Craig guided us through a tour in Little Boat Harbour, pointing out corals, sharks, nudibranches, shellfish, urchins, cucumbers and so much more! Craig gave wonderful explanations of the local area, marine life and currents, and his local knowledge and understanding made this a spectacular day. Fully recommend for any driver passing through!

Craig is very knowledgeable and knows where the seadragons are. We saw both species (leafy and weedy) in the one dive, a very rare thing! Great time.

Very disappointing! We booked for 2 people to do a double dive in November and kept in good contact with the dive shop about our arrival time and date. 3 months later I gave them a curtesy call to let them know we were still coming (Covid closed boarders in WA for 5 days) and that we would be there on the Tuesday (in just 5 days time). On the Sunday afternoon I called to find out meeting time and place and was told that we had been replaced by photographers who were there to film the leefys and so they could no longer take us. They claimed they didn't know we were coming, despite me telling them 5 days earlier that we were coming. They didn't have any answer for us about what went wrong and it was very obvious that we had been replaced by a better offer". I asked if they weren't sure if we were coming

A bit disappointed by the hospitality of Craig and Ana. I was recommended to go here by multiple people, but from the second I stepped through their door I did not feel welcome. They might have just been having a bad day, I don't know, but I felt like they were incredibly cold and uninterested. The good thing was that they could take me for a dive straight away. I was asked a boat or a shore dive, which I did not have any preference for. Craig chose shore dive and we went on our way.The drive to the beach was awkward and silent. I tried to make small talk, ask him about the dive and the seadragons, but Craig did not seem keen for it.The dive went well. Craig showed me some things I hadn't seen before. The reef was surprisingly colourful.I was taken aback when I saw Craig kill sea urchins with his knife. He said they are destroying the reef. If they are or are not, it was very sad and painful to witness. It would have prefered him doing that in his own time. The drive back was just as awkward and silent.Once back at the shop Craig was very helpful rinsing out and hanging up my equipment, they have an excellent washing station.Ana asked how the dive was, I told her it was good but a shame I didn't see the sea dragons. She laughed at me and said 'oh yes no way you would have seen those on a shore dive'. A bit insulted by the way she said that to me I responded with 'oh, well it would have been nice to know that before the dive' in which she responded with a rather rude tone 'well YOU did not mention that you wanted to see them'. Here she was right. I did not. I assumed that the sea dragons where the main reason any diver would go here since this is the only part in the world they can be found and thus I assumed that they would also assume I would like to see them. This was a miscalculation on my behalf. I should have mentioned it at the beginning. Yet the way Ana spoke to me was incredibly rude and degrading.+ Craig and Ana have a great shop.+ Craig is an experienced diver and will bring you home safe and sound+ They had time to dive with me straight away+ Craig is very knowlegable- Killing sea life is not something to do in front of customers- No warm welcome, chitchat or conversation, I felt kind of intimidated- I did not feel like I was taken seriously

Our group had a great time at Bremer Dive in February 2023. Our group of freedivers were intrigued by the depth of knowledge and passion Craig has for the sea dragons. I hope there is a sanctuary for them in the future. It was fantastic to hear of efforts to conserve the sea dragons. Just how much energy Craig has spent to raise awareness of the incredible biodiversity of the Great Southern Reef, alongside the Weedy & Leafy Seadragons is an absolute credit to him. Thanks for having us, Craig!
