Robert and the MyCar team at Port Adelaide were very helpful in supporting and providing me with a car service after noticing a noise on my commute to work. Robert found the issue of why the car was making noise and made me aware over the phone that I requested that part be replaced. After returning to the store, the team was super friendly and walked through the repairs on the car. Able to get me in the day I called, they did say they'd try and do it faster if I had school pick up or offered another workshop if I needed much faster work done. Took my runabout in even when I was late.4 good tyres and wheel alignment, price was reasonable for a small car. Did little extras and are thorough. 2 hours for total fix. I called a couple places first but they were busy. Reliable. Reasonable. Competent. Courteous. Quick.

Would not normally expect the cost of buying a full set of replacement tyres to be joyful, but I actually left feeling very pleased with the whole experience, mainly due to the friendly and accommodating staff. I also feel this is somewhere I can trust to go directly to without needing to bother hunting around for the best deal first.

Absolute legends, we had a flat tyre, and our spare was flat coming off the rim. They helped us out, pumped the tyre up and made sure there were no holes for free. Thanks a lot guys, you’re life savers!

It's important to have a network of services you can rely on. Having a drama with my car I called mycar Port Adelaide, they were extremely busy but they were so accomadating & squeezed me in. Called me when mechanical inspection was completed & discussed repair costs inclusive of Parts & labour. Car is booked in for the repair & the guys didn't charge me for the inspection. Reliable, trustworthy & their customer service is the absolute best. mycar Port Adelaide is as good as any in the business of car repair & maintenance
