I recently contacted Heating & Cooling Services to get my old gas heater serviced. They were very helpful and friendly and were very flexible when making arrangements to get my heater booked in. Michael then called me to explain in detail what he had found with my heater and was extremely knowledgeable on the subject. He was clear about some issues that he had found but was honest about the urgency of the repairs and at no point tried to up-sell me on things that he didn’t think were necessary. Michael put in the extra work at no cost to get our heater working better than it has in the 10 years that we’ve had it! I couldn’t recommend his work enough.

Got my air con remote removed. Michael kindly said he would wait for a second hand one to replace for me. That was nice but at the beginning of summer, I asked for a resolution as we need air con. Michael arranged to come back by first phoning me before he came. Didn't happen. Now its been almost a year since I asked for the air con to be fixed. All I want is my remote back so someone else can fix my air con... but Jacque hung up on me. Quite rude really.

Our furnace stopped working on Monday morning. I called these guys to fix it. They arrived in less than an hour and got our unit working within 45 minuets. They used certified and quality equipment to fix the issue. Great staff and great customer service. Very happy with services provided by them.

I recently used heating and cooling services and had the best experience! Jacque was phenomenal with the greatest customer service i have seen in a long time! I was squeezed in and had my heater up and running within days and over a long weekend! The repairs were flawless and Michael was very experienced and professional! I can't thank them enough! My house is now warmer than ever. I definitely recommend heating and cooling services.

I was introduced to Heating & Cooling when they came to service the the aircon in my rental property. They really were the only ones to get it sorted out properly. Today I used them for my personal gas heater & they were once again great. Big thumbs up for Jacquie always trying her best to get the agent to approve the go ahead to fix the aircon as quickly as possible.
