Grant was my inspector for my West Ryde, Sydney, townhouse.His attitude is top-notch! He wrote out a great report, asked me for feedback, and then worked to help me communicate with the builder about an issue with our outdoor stairs waterproofing. I could not have had the informed conversations without him.I really felt he was on MY side which is so refreshing because with builders and developers you really feel unsure of what is a defect and what should be fixed.

Grant was recommended by a close friend and we could not be happier with our experience. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, down to earth and always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Grant did a fantastic job of my building and pest (B&P) inspection in Carrington. He has vast experience and knowledge of the old houses in the area and took the time to talk me through options for how to fix parts of the house which was very reassuring as a first home buyer with little building experience. Grant was open to answering my numerous questions about how you might go about fixing parts of the house and what each option might cost - I highly recommend anyone getting a building and pest inspection to go along to the appointment and pick the brain" of these experienced building inspectors because they are a wealth of knowledge. Grant gave me confidence in buying our dream house despite it being over 100 years old and needing a few things fixed

Grant from House Inspect Australia was awesome when it came to getting a pest and building report done for my first property purchase. Quick, easy and reliable. Inspection was booked in early and report came back the same day of the inspection. It was an open and honest report with photos and information on everything good and bad about the property. Highly recommend Grant for anyone and everyone, espeically first home buyers like myself!

Grant is a true professional. He did not beat around the bush but got straight to the point.I found him very approachable and professional.His inspection of the roof followed by his professional report was faultless. The report was excellent and to the point .I thoroughly recommend him.

I can't recommend Grant highly enough. His work is far superior to his competitors (unlike other contractors I have used, he actually crawls under the floor, and climbs up into the roof cavity) and I received a comprehensive, easily understood report fully documented with photos on the same day as the inspection. He took the trouble to phone me to make sure that I understood the implications of his findings. His advice has been invaluable, and I am very grateful for it.His extensive building expertise, professionalism, reliability and caring nature make Grant a pleasure to do business with.
