I was a little nervous to order, based off of past reviews of the company. I had a wonderful experience though. I contacted customer service and got a reply and got shipping information fairly quickly. I appreciate the amazing deal I got on my YSL bag.

This was my first time shopping at Cosette. I'm very pleased with the service. One thing that I didn't like was that my order was processed after 2 days but I received an apology e-mail stating that there are too many orders during this sales period so my order might be a little late. Not long after that I received an e-mail notification that my item is packed and later in the day that is has been shipped. Item was beautifully packed, the qualify of the product is amazing. Even though I got concerned about my order for that short period, I still enjoyed the service very much. I'm definitely going to buy again!

I have purchased a bag from them online 2 years ago. Wanted to resale it and this turn out to be fake. I have spent my hard work money to get this. When I questioned them they sent me entropy authenticity certificate. No longer valid. Gucci it self staff said it’s fake and bagholic authenticate this bag said counterfeit product.Stay away from them. When I email them about taking this matter to consumer affair they agreed to refund the money. If I would have not thinking about $200-$300 I’m going to save and Instead purchase from Gucci itself save my time and money. Less hassle. Never recommend them to anyone. Save your hard work money. Never buy from them!!

The website was easy to navigate. The prices are always lower than the other websites. I saved over $300. Cosette also offers a range of paying options including Afterpay unlike others.My item was packed and shipped within a day and I received it 3 days later. Overall I'm very happy and I'll continue to shop there.

Communication was good, my queries were answered in detail prior to purchase. I was also not in a hurry to receive it so was all fine. I did like the fact that customs duty was included so I didn't have to bother with sorting that out upon arrival. Very happy with my purchase and no fuss transaction. Would recommended and would purchase from Cosette again.

This is my first purchase from Cosette and will be my last. The Dior wallet $600 is fake - scratch, lousy stitches, and leather tearing (I don’t think it’s real leather) (refer to attached photos).The item was returned and received via mail last week but no return notification email is sent out and no refund is received yet. I sent the customer service team multiple emails but no reply.I wonder why they don’t have customer service phone no but only via email. No more Cosette for me.

I have read some negative comments about people's experience with Cosette, but I have to say my last experience was excellent. My order was shipped out on the same day I purchased it and it arrived within 1 week. I had to return the item this time and I was nervous about the process, but even their return process was efficient and quick. Returned and refunded in just over 1 week. I will definitely use Cosette again! Thank you for a great shopping experience.

This was my first time ordering anything from Cosette. I'll tell you the order process was very easy. I like it that you have options for different payment methods. The reason why I rated my experience with 4 stars is because of the return policy. If you could offer free returns. I would most definitely shop on this site a lot more.

DO NOT BUY. They absolutely sell fakes mixed in with authentic bags. Purchased a bag that was without a doubt a counterfeit product, it’s extremely obvious just from the photos that I took on my phone. They also flag any negative reviews on Trust Pilot that accuse them of selling fakes, so that others cannot see those reviews. Don’t ignore the 1 star reviews.
