I have continuously attended Indigo for over 12 months now, the longest I have ever stuck to any form of exercise / wellbeing in my life. The class times are really suitable to a parent, allowing plenty of time for school drop off and then attending a class. The teachers Emily, June, Iris and Lisa are fantastic, offering a great variety of classes matching your vibe for the day. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Yoga and Pilate luxe experience - Much more like a zen day spa than a gym/exercise space. Perfect escape from the daily chaos. Easy to book classes in app and good class timetable 7 days. I like the range of class types. I have been attending classes to build strength to help with backpain and have found it fantastic.

I joined Indigo last year in September and can truly say it is the best yoga studio I have ever visited. Well equipped, offering so many different classes and seminars and there is an amazing infrared sauna! I tried majoriry of the classes and made some of them my regulars. Everyone is really welcoming, teachers are real professionals and the whole place has a great, relaxed vibe.

Highly recommended. Owners are lovely and provide a variety of classes (and other services) and great specials. The instructors are awesome, with detailed instruction and explanations/demonstrations of varying degrees of difficulty for different poses - I haven't even tried them all, but found it easy to find the ones best suited to me.I am quite new to yoga, but already feel privileged to have them so close and love how I'm feeling .Thanks girls.

Absolutely love the vibe here! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed - from the gorgeous ladies that run Indigo to the practice rooms and the small touches in the sauna space! The intro package is a great way to check out all that the space and practitoners there have to offer! I love the sauna & yoga classes! Congratulations ladies! Can't wait to see what 2020 brings!

Great Fantastic. I have been doing yoga for many years. It has made a huge difference to my spinal pain and osteoporosis. I did a yoga class at Indigo this week and was very impressed. Great ambience and excellent instructor. Even the mats provided were quality. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quality yoga.
