Purchased a ladder bookshelf on sale from the Cannington store. There were 2 colours available and the darker one I wanted had to be ordered in, no stock in store. The staff were polite. I was shown a display of the 'other' lighter bookshelf colour as a product sample and it looked nice. They even showed me a buffet cabinet from the collection of the darker colour I wanted, to close the sale. That unit looked great. Put a deposit down thinking nothing of it.What actually came in was fully wrapped until you take it and home and realize... It isnothing like the store sample. It was of a much lower quality. Left me scratching my head. Had I known the quality would be so bad, I would NOT have made the purchase. I wasn't expecting a new project to fix this. Photos attached.I do enjoy looking at the Early Settler catalogues, sure... but unfortunately this is a window shopping place for me now.8

Absolutely amazing service here. Always so friendly and helpful. They always try to give the best prices possible to meet your budget. They can help design your house from your kitchen cabinetry to the prints on your walls. Their sales are fantastic and they have great products. Very good quality. Highly recommend this store!

Nice well presented store with lots of products available. At the time I visited they had a 30% off sale which was great. Bought a couple of items but unfortunately not what I went for. I was looking for a particular furniture piece and did find something however even with the 30% off discount price it was still more than I've seen similar at couple of other stores.Staff were very Friendly and helpful without being too pushy for my business.Definitely I'd say worth a visit if you're looking for good quality.

Purchased a small item online as a click and collect. After making payment I never received information about collection so I made contact with the store, to then be told the item was not in stock and would need to be sent from interstate. FIVE AND A HALF weeks later I called the store for an update, the lady was dismissive and told me my order arrived one day ago. No notification was sent to me about this.On top of it taking 5 and a half weeks for a click and collect. I got a message 4 weeks into this ordeal explaining I only had 4 days to pick the item up once it arrives. I will never ever shop here again.

This is probably the only furniture store I've enjoyed visiting in years. They have such a good selection of furniture and homewares, it seems to be well made and is a reasonable price point.The service is also excellent each time I've come here, which I really appreciate!

Boaz (and the young man there, sorry i can't remember his name) was so helpful with assisting me in my bookcase purchase, as there was an issue with the colour when my stock came in. He gave me an excellent deal on the display instead,and some helpful tips for maintaining and cleaning the wood and now it looks perfect in my home. He seemed very sincere about ensuring I was satisfied with my shopping experience. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I tried to buy a marble desk three months ago. It arrived a month later, broken in several places. I emailed them with photos and the details asking for a refund, they sent back an automated response asking for photos. I had to resend the photos. They said they had ordered me a replacement. The replacement was delivered to me free of charge. They informed me that I would be called on the day of delivery to advise the delivery time. At 11am I had heard nothing so I called them. They advised it would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm. I then received a text with a tracking link. I continued to monitor the delivery time, in the hopes that I might be able to leave the house at some point. It initially showed it would be delivered at 12 30, and then was continuously pushed back. It was finally delivered at 4 47. Before the delivery truck left with the old broken desk, I attempted to check all the marble pieces to ensure they weren't broken. I couldn't check completely as one of the pieces was secured using long screws that needed a drill to remove. The delivery people left with the broken table and I began to unpack my new desk. I god an electric drill and opened it up only to see that the desk top was completely broken in half and completely unusable. I called straight away, and was advised that I would be contacted Monday by the manager. Due to my circumstances I missed the Monday call, so called back Tuesday. The manager advised that the second broken desk would need to be removed before a refund could be processed and asked if I would be available for a pick up. Unfortunately I work full time and am unable to work from home, especially as the delivery was so unreliable for time estimates, I offered to leave it out the front of my house. It was picked up yesterday, hours after the time estimate given again (neighbours updated me). I hope that I can get my refund soon.I am devastated that I have wasted so much time and money on this, and I still don't have a desk.

Wonderful customer service. The team and business owner went above and beyond to help me choose furniture for my new home. After care support for arranging delivery was also great. I will be back for sure!
