4.5-5/10. Insurance sent me here for strictly paint damage and dents. took 9 weeks to get my car back when it was drivable the entire time. Said they couldn't give my car back in the meantime.

I was involved in a rear end collision, my car was almost written off - I was worried about my first ever experience fixing it but my worries faded when I saw the great work the team did with my car, it looks brand new, the same as it came from the factory.The team are responsive and have even gone above and beyond to fix other minor scratches and bumps I asked to be fixed (not in the claim)Thank you to the team at Fix It, really appreciate all the efforts

Did a repair through RACV following a crash, the repair took over a month, made me wait for 50 minutes in the waiting room to pick it up when they said it would be ready by 11AM. Rubbish was left in the car when I got it back. Customer service rep was rude about taxi vouchers for no reason and the battery died literally the next day which they could have warned me about.

Did well the body repairs on my car in a timely manner. We're efficient and helpful, and kept to the promised time table. The only down side was the long wait between assessment date (mid Jan'23) and repairs date (late Mar'23)

I have given my car to fix auto. As part of the insurance company has a contract. It took them more than 2 months to fix it . When I got back my car , they made scratch on the paint . Also worst thing was they were blaming the mechanical repairs for that . My car was broken in front side and they made scratch in the car everywhere , I had to give them back again , it was as it as used to be . Worst service ever , their staff always making excuses for covid things . Never ever go with them again. Instead of fix your car they makes your car even worst.

I couldn't be happier! The work my car needed after someone hit me was significant... almost the whole passenger side of my car. My Mazda has come back like it was brand new! The team are also super friendly and helpful.

Robert and the boys did an awesome job of fixing my Toyota CHR-Koba. They have a chassis machine and checked the chassis and checked the computerised parts in the bumper as I was rear ended. They replaced the bumper with a brand new one and washed the car really well. When I came to pick up my car, it looked brand new again! I highly recommend this business. They are very helpful people and friendly too. They did an amazing job. Well done guys!!! A+
