The staff at this library are all very kind, helpful and friendly. My daughter and I had a lovely hour there this morning. Heather was so kind to help me find some children's books about bed time and even went as far to continue looking after I finished and found even more for my daughter and I to take home with us. She was so friendly with my daughter, as was everyone else. It made my day after a tough night of little sleep in my house. Thank you Heather, your kindness makes an impact.

Upper Coomera Library
A modern library that is well located with easy access to the swimming pool and facilities. There's always things going on for the community at this center. I always order my novels here and get notified when I can collect them. The staff are helpful when needed and are knowledgeable when looking for a new author that is similar to the kind of books that I like reading. It also has convenient drop off over the weekend and after hours and I appreciate the notifications when a book needs to be returned. A great library and service, thanks!

Like all Gold Coast libraries it is superb,for its size it has great range of books cd's and dvd's,attentive staff who are readily available to assist,a nice friendly vibe permeates the premises.

Staff are brilliant but there is no noise control for those who might be working or require meetings. Its very loud. No segregated areas for quiet study. Been told Helensvale is better equipped for students and professionals. Today had a very distressed child scream the place down for 45 mins and there was nothing done by parent. Maybe create some quiet alcoves or rooms for students and professionals. Other than that staff are wonderful.
