Our pug has never been groomed so well. His nails were perfectly filed, his coat thoroughly washed. I didn’t know that it was possible to get him so clean. We will definitely return. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.

Our dog has been a client for some time, there was a lovely young man that had a lovely manner and we were quite happy with the grooming results.The last 2 grooming visits have not been good. On Tuesday 2/8/22 the lady was not very welcoming and appeared to be inconvenienced when we dropped our boy off and picked him up. On pick up I was so shocked and speechless by our boy’s appearance, immediately I called my husband and told him that we can not go back there again.On drop off my husband specified that we didn’t want to go too short to keep him warm. Not only was he almost completely shaved to the skin, his face groom is so uneven, it looks like it was done by a non professional. It cost us $100 for a terrible groom. Our 5 year old dog has been exhibiting anxious and unusual behaviour since his groom.I tried calling yesterday to relay our discontent but there was no answer or voicemail option. My husband called today and left a voicemail. We have not heard a response.We will not be returning to this salon.

Lovely bunch of people who are very good with your beloved pet , if your need your dog or puppy nails clipped you don't need to make appointment you can just turn up at any time in there operating times.

Loved the work they did on my scruffy dog. Really easy to deal with and looked after my nervous boy. Already made next appointment.

We love taking our dog here! The staff are friendly and professional and the dogs are able to have a bit of a play with each other while waiting their turns. My dog always comes out looking (and smelling) great and always with a cute bow tie on his collar.

Very distressing experience.Keep your dog for hours with no warning. I ended up going to the shop.Awful groom.Over priced.Big dogs & small dogs kept in the same space.Happy to provide photos.

After trying a few grooming salons it was the first time I felt my dog came back relaxed, happy and really good looking : )

Really disappointing. The last two grooms here have been shaved down to the skin despite specific requests not too. On pick up our dog has seemed really distressed. This groomers have gone downhill massively which is such a shame and non responsive to any calls or messages.

My cavoodle got a serious cut to his eye during his grooming. We only discovered this as his eye became more and more irritated. This injury has caused multiple vet visits. When I approached the owner of the dog grooming Salon about the manner in which one of her staff members had treated and injured our dog. I did not receive any information about what had happened and there was no compassion or follow up about the incident. The staff were rude and I was treated with the utmost disrespect.It’s unfortunate that what was once a respected dog groomer is no longer.Il
