If you are renting with this company get out while you can ! Joke of a company. Don't fix hot water systems, take money owed and constantly lie about it. Didn't even do a exit report and never sent us a rent ledger. Big fine coming there way! Steer clear of this joke of a real estate.

I recently had the pleasure of Sarah and Will's service for my first time renting a property. I highly recommend their team as they catered to all my wishes and needs. They were extremely patient, helpful and explained everything in great detail as it was my first time leaving home. Definitely recommend for young renters like myself.

Stay away from century 21 central. I was a tenant for 6 months and it was a nightmare. The external bathroom suffered a major breakage a month into the lease and the shower would flood with sewerage water whenever the washing machine was used. Most of the house was falling apart and the electrical box was not up to code, it was completely exposed to the elements. No offer of compensation was ever made for the second bathroom, which was not functional for 5 out of 6 six months of the lease. In the last month of tenancy a large hole was dug outside the only entrance to the bathroom to diagnose the issue. The hole was never filled in, not even for open houses and i had to move my washing machine out of the house chest deep in a hole.ON TOP OF ALL THISMy bond, which they agreed to replace in full, took three months to eventuate instead of the legal requirement of two weeks.Not worth the heartache, not worth the hassle.

If your a tenant, don’t even bother.It’s easy to blame this Phil Jenkins guy for all the problems we had with this real estate, but it’s pretty unlikely he was t blame for everything.From never doing an inspection while we were under them, to them taking nearly 2 weeks to fix the hot water system when it broke, never providing our rent ledger when we asked 3 times and having inspections without notice while we were cleaning and moving! When the lease was up in January, we moved and they took ‘unpaid rent’ even though we were in advance and then they never even conducted an exit report. We had to get our bond from the RTA directly, and then It took 3 weeks to get our rent back after calling them every day, being told completely different stories by every staff member, us threatening to file disputes and investigations with the RTA and me even providing bank statements with proof of dates.Honestly, just steer clear of anything to do with them.

Philip Jenkins screwed me out of thousands due to his incompetence. Bills didn't get paid and accrued massive debt. When it was proven that they where at fault, instead of correcting it like they assured they would, they ceased all communication with me while I was still there client. Compleatly stonewalled. Philip is the owner of that branch and there is no head office over his head to. All property owners beware. Do not use this agency. When I eventually had to terminate there service I found then never lodged my tenant's bond (which is a legal requirement) and that money is now gone. I'd welcome a century 21 higher up to look into this branch.

One star is too high a rating for this company but Google makes you choose at least one star. This agency is seriously flawed when it comes to customer service. We retained them as our property managers and would send them bills to pay and they would 'forget' or just not pay them. We had an 18 month period where any bill we sent to them was paid late and we would incur overdue notices. They woul also distribute money from their Trust account without our consent. We have terminated our contract with them and they have refused to tell us how much money they have kept for themselves as their payout fee, we now have to wait until they send an monthly statement (in 20 days) to find out how much they kept for themselves, even though we repeatedly asked them to let us know what they taking for heir payout fee. They are completely unethical and you should not use them if you require a decent service. In fact, REIQ should probably know of this unethical and borderline unlawful behaviour.
