Absolutely impeccable service! Tony handled my inquiry immediately and offered either an over the phone or online transaction in which I received my order early the very next morning. He even SMS’d me a message once the order was dispatched.As for the product, the Canny Collar halter instantly made a huge difference to both our puppy and family as well. We honestly had immediate success with the product as it straight away corrected our 9 month old Labrador’s wayward walking and constant pulling. A kind neighbour saw the difficulties we were experiencing and recommended a Canny Collar to stop our dog dragging us to wherever he wanted to go instead of him walking with us where we wanted to go and at the pace we prefer. I have two Beagles - mother Harper who is two years old and baby Scout who is five months old. I love all dogs but especially Beagles and I think they are simply the best dogs in the world. They are very intelligent but wilful and will do what they want to do and not what you want them to do, unless you have been very diligent with their training. One of the most challenging aspects of owning a Beagle is teaching them to walk on a lead without them stopping and sniffing and pulling. Multiply that by two with a five month old puppy and the task is almost overwhelming. I had the very good fortune of meeting Tony from the Canny Company and he introduced me to the Canny Company collar, as a lead walking aid for my Beagles. The collars fitted comfortably and very quickly gave me control over their behaviour and a strong sense of safety on our walks. The collars literally transformed the walking experience from overwhelming chaos to pure pleasure. I cannot recommend these collars enough.

My husband and I recently purchased the Canny Collar for our 16 week old groodle Wilbur who was continuously biting the lead and flopping to the ground whenever we attempted to take him for a walk. Tony, the company owner, was very efficient in the delivery and was more than willing to offer us advice and support in introducing and using the collar.It is very simple to fit and secures comfortably over our pup's nose (not riding up near his eyes like other products we have tried in the past).I am very happy to say that the Canny Collar has had a very quick and positive effect on our Wilbur! He got use to it very quickly and is more willing and able to walk beside us (with only a few corrections needed) making the experience enjoyable for us all. I really thought it was going to take a lot longer for us to be able to walk Wilbur in public but we have been able to hit the streets straight away thanks to Tony and the Canny Collar! The Queanbeyan and Districts Dog Club has been using and recommending the canny collar for many years now. While we advocate many methods and tools for dog training, we find some dogs are best suited to the Canny Collar. When fitted and used correctly we have seen some quite amazing improvements in dog development/training, and the handlers have found a new pleasure in working with their dogs.I can't recommend this company enough. Great collar for walking my standard poodle. Took a little bit to get use too, but now walks well. He still pulls occasionally but can be easily controlled.

We have been using the Canny Collar a Size-4 for our White Swiss Shepherd (Chile) who is 45kg for the last few months and what a fantastic experience for us both. I purchased a canny collar for my 7 month cocker spaniel, Daisy from the Canny Company in early 2021. I had all but given up on walking her without being stressed and pulled by her. The canny collar has allowed me to train Daisy, no more pulling and more enjoyable for both of us. It is a safe, effective way to walk with her and I could not recommend it more highly, this collar turned my relationship around with my pup.
