I have been here twice to look at cars. 10 years ago and a month ago. Both times very rude. I've heard similar stories from friends. I'm not sure why sales people think they have to be rude and arrogant. They would make more sales if they weren't. It costs nothing to be nice.I ended up closing a deal elsewhere.Edit - Who is Sameh? Can't even get that right...

Purchased a second hand Hyundai that we owned for a year. It was nothing but a headache with so many problems. Trying to get things fixed under the warranty was even more of a headache. The staff always took my number but never called back. Each problem would take months too fix and the car continued to have more and more problems. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be returning.

Went in for service, air-conditioning stopped working when I pick up the car. And now they want to charge me $350 for a diagnosis fee. I gave them a second chance as last year's service they even forgot to properly close the bonnet. Ridiculous.Update:It turns out, whoever in Peter Warran replaced the fuel filter and damaged the nut and not tighten properly. At a result, fuel was leaking crazy when I refill my car to full tank. Thank you very much Peter Warran!!! Btw, your customer service department never come back to me re my complaint. Great work!!!Update 2023-03-06:Fiat service manager Joseph insisted that there is not record in which they have serviced any fuel component during last visit. Guess what? Upon re-checking my invoice (yes, i keep the hard copy of the invoice!!!) there were 2 items 1) Inspected fuel lines, hoses and connections, and 2) Replaced fuel filter. So are you saying 1) Peter Warran charged me items in which you have not performed service on? or 2) You did inspected those components and prehaps damaged in due course? Btw, Joseph, I called you back immediately and went to voice mail. I left a message in which just gone in slience. And stop telling the all these problems were co-incidence and you saw it before!!! I now have to spend an additional $1000+ dollars to have my car fix from these problems on top of the $1100 service performed by Peter Warran. To be very honest, I think a refund on my last service would be a good gesture on your (company) part.

Overall, I was happy with the service on the day. The costs were clearly outlined. I opted to wait for my car which took just over 3 hours. The check in team member seemed unaware that I had specifically booked this option, so I do not know if this is a reasonable time or not. When booking the service I was not offered a loan car, although when I purchased the vehicle I was assured that I could have one, or be dropped off somewhere.

WARNING : GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Lie and cheat. l dropped my car off at 1150am, got an sms at 1:25pm that my car is ready, and I know for sure they ALL have lunch break at 12-ish, so look like they work on my car INSTANTLY and no lunch break. 1.5hr to do a 90,000km service. Just want your money for NO service. I bought my Kluger Hybrid from Peter Warren and carry out ALL my services with them. Over the many visits I did suspect their workmanship and reliability. One time I came in, knowingly with a screw in my tyre, they never picked up and advised me, this time they said they rotated my tyres and luckily I marked my tyres and as suspected, my tyres were not touched. Air pressure not checked as well. They want 'extra' for little unnecessary services. RIP OFF PRICES. Front wipers $75, rear $35. Don't be deceive by the friendly, courteous & smiley faces that greet you at the front door, they are not the one that fix your car.

I am so appalled by the initial contact I received to book my vehicle in for a safety recall. Then, to make things worse, when I took my vehicle to the service dept at 7am, I was told that my vehicle was not listed for that day, it had infact been booked on the day of my phone call, some 5 days earlier. The gentleman that I dealt with was great. He asked questions, which in turn got all my details up to date. Your reception/customer service staff need more professionalism @Peter Warren. Not happy!

His patience & transparency throughout the whole process of the transaction made my experience in securing my new car easy and enjoyable. Post handover has also been extremely helpful. Something needs to be done about the very skinny Asian lady in sales at the front desk. Her customer service is absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be working or interacting with customers with her bad attitude! I went to the sales department to buy oil a while back and was greeted by her with such disrespect and then today 09/03/2023 between 3pm - 4pm my husband was also given such bad attitude and very bad customer service. He always wondered why I always go to parramatta Mercedes and never go to Liverpool to get oil for our car because of the poor customer service we now both have gotten from her! Not only that her knowledge in that department is very bad. She tried to sell my husband oil that’s completely different to what we usually would use, then when my husband asked would it stuff our car using 2 different oils she reckons ‘yea you have to drain all the other oil out before using the oil she recommended’. That would have been a hefty hole in the pocket all because of her terrible knowledge and sales!I hope that this review gets across to her and her customer service changes. It’s not hard to be nice and kind!
