I went here to have my hair cut and beard trimmed for neatness. It was my first time here and I will not be coming back. My hair and beard were done by the older fellow with barely any hair himself and a white mustache, I asked for a number 2 on the back and sides and to cut the top to a length about 1/4 of what it was before the cut. For the beard I asked for a SLIGHT trim just to neaten it up as (i did tell him) i am still growing it. I watched him start his razor and put a number 2 on it... then he went straight for my beard.... not happy. The man cutting to my left saw this and told him to use a number 3 to rectify his mistake because anything else would ruin my beard completely. He also shaved my neck beard about 5mm higher than the line i had grown it to (who does that when it was obvious). When it came time to do the back and sides of my hair he did a number 2 (as i asked) for about half of the side and then changed the size 4 times giving me slight layers as it was not blended right. For the top he cut it to about half of the length of what i had asked and then left it to use the cutthroat. At this point I knew he did not listen to a word i had said besides number 2, and decided that i would just put up with however it came and fix it myself when i got home. However, even after he has used the cutthroat on my neck (he did a dry shave) I still need to shave my neck because it is still past a 5 o'clock shadow.This barber kept his face pretty close to mine making me feel very uncomfortable and he also smelt like he had just smoked an entire packet of cigarettes. My personal feelings towards this haircut is that the man who did it should be fired.The ONLY reason i am giving Allen's 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other barbers looked like they were doing a good job and I just so happened to go to the chair of the guy who doesn't give a damn.

Was advised there was no EFTPOS machine on premise, I then asked for a bank account to deposit and was advised there was no bank account for the shop.. They insisted I pay in cash and advised of where the ATM was. I advised I didn’t have my card, they insisted I do ay cash and asked that I try do card less cash. Failed to find an ATM that could do cardless cash and advised I’d go get money at home and return with it, at which point they pulled out a laminate with the printed bank account so customers could transfer. Making your customer walk around the Center just so you can dodge $10 of tax is poor form. Never coming back.

They DONT listen to instructions. Too busy taking amongst themselves . They do what ever they want. Twice I had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed after having it cut here.. The second time after staying away of over a year .. don’t just don’t - there are plenty of better options around

Did a great job of my Son's hair.He was very particular and made sure it looked it's best.The only issue is they are cash only.No one carries cash these days.

Very good friendly service

I would recommend. Competitive price. One of best around Minto. Had my hair done in almost all saloon in Ingleburn but non of them were as good as this one. Friendly staff too. Just need to upgrade the waiting seats, may be some comfy sofa.

Very professional, amazing workers, great vibe in the store. Gone a couple times now and have not been disappointed
