Afford's Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) - Marrickville

I recently became an employee of Afford and have been so impressed with the support I have received since joining.Even in the current situation, with lots of changes and uncertainty, the support I’ve received from my immediate colleagues and management has been so appreciated.It's an extremely rewarding place to work and feel like we are genuinely making a difference. I certainly feel part of the Afford family.

3 to be fair, but as for the trained staff, it's not very fair of them to park in what should be relaxing places, and some of the few places that many, many people seek to replenish and supposedly enjoy, and leave their vehicles running for hrs choking us, and the noise and wastefulness, and and just the disconnectedness with any kind respect is shameful. PLEASE, teach your drivers to turn off engines, PLATE NO: CQ79UJ & CH23QF (10/03/23) They stink so bad, especially CQ79UJ, and i'd get the engine checked.. By the way, some of them just sit in the van on their phones, i'd say that's not what should be going on? Anyway, please consider a TURN OFF engine policy, please.

The quality of staff and care given is very poor! My none verbal and autistic son came home with bruises, a black eye and even a fractured and dislocated knee. All round bad experience!!!

They came home early lunch time because the plumber came to Bankstown just around about 1:30pm
