SEQ Patio Group recently installed a new insulated Stratco fly-over patio roof for us. The finished product is fantastic. It suits the house, blends in with the pool and other outdoor features, looks great and gives us an excellent outdoor entertaining space. Fitting downlights and a fan finishes it off perfectly. Brent made the process easy, through the initial inspection and quoting of the job. His obvious experience and advice was why I trusted that this was the right choice of company. Then the installation team came and went in a day and were friendly, respectful and tidied up and put furniture back in place before they left. Absolutely no complaints at any stage and I highly recommend Brent and his team at SEQ Patio Group.

Late last month (September 2018) and after weeks of research and quotation gathering, I was pleased to select SEQ Patios to install a Fly-Over Patio roof at my property in Narangba. The whole process was seamless and the degree of professionalism from start to finish was astonishing. I honestly didn't thing that the level of attention to detail still existed in this day and age. From the initial contact - the measure and technical drawing - the quotation and the whole project management provided by SEQ Patios was first class.The guys that installed the structure were - and are - worth their weight in gold. They were punctual - polite - and did an absolute first-class job. They were inclusive during the whole construction and openly discussed everything that they were doing - and openly asked for input from myself as the process evolved.The professionalism of the accounts department and the promptness of the whole tiered payment process made it all the more simple and effective.I can't speak highly enough of the whole adventure" - it truly was an absolute pleasure to do business with SEQ Patios."

It has been a pleasure to work with SEQ Patios. Even tho they weren't the cheapest, the end result speaks for itself. Gary, Sean, BJ and Faith were all brilliant and very easy to deal with. Communication throughout was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We got 2 structures built by seq patios. We chose them based on great documentation and sales process, certainly not the cheapest. The approval and design process went smoothly but the sub contractors who concreted in the footings left the concrete very proud of ground level and did not do the downpipe underground as discussed and agreed to during the design process, it has just been dumped onto the house roof and it's very unsightly. We had raised this with seq patios since the install and have not heard back after 6 weeks. Feeling left short of what we paid for.

Absolutely seemless from start to finish! Steve came out to do the quote and listened to everything I wanted and got the plan sorted first go with a competitive price. Peter did the check and measure without any problems and organised the two installers who attended as scheduled and completed a quality job. Admin also great with communication along the way. Cannot fault any of their processes from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Everyone has been terrific to work with. Gary was always available and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Jakoda and Cameron carried out the building of the roof very professionally and communicated with us all through the process. We would highly recommend SEQ Patio Group with great confidence. Highly Recommend SEQ Patio's Caboolture. They installed our patio June 2022 (yes a week ago) and from the moment we walked into their office and spoke to the guys to the measure and quote and to the install they were amazing.They were very easy to deal with, easy to speak with and everything was no fuss from start to finish. The install was easy, their install team were so easy to communicate with, polite and respectful, great job.We started getting quotes over 14 months ago and had to put our patio on hold because of family issues. We refreshed our quotes again April 2022 and discovered that in the 14 months quotes from previous companies had gone up 60%. We were stunned with such a price increase. We did a little more research and found SEQ Patio's Caboolture and asked them to quote with the same product 2 out of the 3 other companies we had quotes from were using. To our amazement SEQ Patio's came back with a quote for the same product and brand, for the same Patio at less than 1/2 of what the other 2 quotes were.YES unbelievable I know, but true, we saved $15,000 on our patio by using SEQ Patio's Caboolture and we are so happy.Gayle and Steve Caboolture

I engaged SEQ Patio Group to replace my aging patio. I found them to be prompt and professional. They understood my requirements and offered plenty of ideas and improvements, provided multiple options in the quote and was able to schedule the demo & install soon after accepting the quote. Installed without issue, builders were very friendly, as well as being very clear and concise when explaining the work or when needing a decision from me. I have no issue recommending them. Great workmanship resulted in a great patio and happy customer.

Ask for a copy of a contract to look at when they quote. Pay close attention to clause 17.2 If you make a change make sure they do another site visit ,a drive by won't suffice. One month after receiving a copy of my paperwork they still hadn't lodged council applications
