Come here often as the coffee ain’t bad half the time. Food is decent but seriously so many of their workers need to learn some customer service skills. Speak to ppl so rudely and judgemental. It’s almost like you are a bother to them.

Came for a quick bite to eat. A lady was behind the counter busy, maybe cleaning? Yelled out for the guy out the back to serve without lifting her head to make eye contact and acknowledge me. Waited about 30 seconds, the lady still didn't lift her head. No one came out to serve me (will give the guy the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't hear). Decided I didn't want to reward poor customer service with my money, so I headed off looking for somewhere else. The lady yelled out never mind" to the back

Wow, my review & experience differs quite substantially from previous reviewers. I do agree the staff were nice & friendly, their service not too bad, but the quality of their wares was pretty ordinary. I had a ham salad sandwich which was too refrigerated, how does one enjoy a too cold not far off frozen sandwich? The donut was also unnecessarily in the fridge, another too cold item to consume. I always look forward to a good lunch after a bit of hard yakka, but this meal was an unpleasant experience. At least the can of soft drink was cold. I would suggest they lower the fridge temperature & not have their cakes refrigerated, the taste was almost too stale because of the cold. There was a lack of warm atmosphere & the ambience was pretty ordinary, yet, incredibly, people rated this establishment with 5 stars, I'm incredulous. I would not recommend this place, surely there must be better options. Cheers.

The focaccia was stale and dry, hardly any chicken and the avo was brown, that cost us $14.95. Don’t buy food from this place, it’s disgusting.

Always get fantastic coffee and food from here! And it's always busy so I'm not the only one! To everyone complaining about service, I have never had a problem, maybe it's you. Like I said, they get busy, if you have some understanding that this isn't McDonald's and good things take time, then maybe you will get the service you think you deserve.

Ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich and got 2 pieces of stale/dried out (cold) bread, with no cheese and 1 tiny slice of ham inside (see 2 x photos attached to review). For over $7…. The bread wasn’t even warm. Just dried out. No cheese to be seen, and the most pathetically thin piece of ham I’ve seen. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM HERE!! Absolute ripoff!!
