I was ignored by the staff and eventually when I did call someone's attention, they told me that the voltage wouldn't matter on the bulb I was replacing. Turns out it does matter. Don't say whatever just to make a sale.

Needed assistance to purchase a car battery for my Honda. We were approached by staff and they checked the computer for the correct size. Located it on the display and it was currently $30 off the recommended price. Offered me a discount on my next purchase by providing my details as a member.

Have been to Autobarn Narre Warren this morning as my Bluetooth stopped working the young girl at the front counter asked what I needed she then got Preston to help me he went to my car and reset what ever was wrong Bluetooth working again . Both Preston and the girl could not have been nicer. When ever I use that store I always find the people there helpful and friendly .

Customer service is fantastic. I had to get a battery and wiper blades, Chris found the right ones for my car. He then went way above and beyond and fitted the new battery and wiper blades to my car for me. Chris’s customer service was some of the best I have I have experienced. I highly recommend Autobarn Narre Warren.

Initially I had a excellent experience - after wanting a updated head unit upgraded for my prado. The team member went to my car and clearly got details and promised a prompt upgrade. I allowed my only day off - after dropping the car off at 8.30am - then told at 3.30pm they couldn't do it.A lovely drive in traffic for a incorrect information.A complete lack of empathy, and clearly lacking professionalism resulted in a wasted day.Looking to get an updated sound unit - avoid this store. Other good options.A 1/2 star is about all this experience is worth

Had many great experiences here, staff are very helpful. Special mention to Preston who helped finding the right globes for my car and even assisted installing with them without being asked. Helpful for someone like myself who doesn't know a lot. Will always come back here for anything car related

I walked in looking for leather wipes. The store has lots in there so I asked someone for assistance straight away. They know their products that's for sure. They could explain the differences in the wipes to me, and I was able to make a decision quickly. Thankyou to the service staff.

Can you print 7 stars? What can I say.. Headed off on maiden voyage with borrowed camper van to find 5 mins into the trip the connector plug to car had fallen off.Having had excellent service the day before I headed straight back!With the camper plug cracked and useless, Marc and GAV ( the owner of the store) then proceeded to go above and beyond, installing a new plug from scratch - testing the lights and even letting me put my bags full of food in the shop so they didn’t overheat!I rarely post reviews but this was a no brainer for me!A big thanks to the Amazing team at Narre Warren Autobarn!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️Elissa
