Gawler building inspections

Joey is an absolute legend. He did an inspection for us recently and was not only punctual but his knowledge was second to none. The reporting was fantastic and was very thorough. We would highly recommend him.

This wasn't a pre purchase inspection, I work in insurance assessing and had specific worries about some structural issues was having trouble getting someone to look and figure out what was going on. When I got onto Joe, he picked up the first time I rang, was here within an amazing timeframe considering the time of year, and very well presented/spoken. Knows exactly what he's talking about, is very informative, helpful and incredibly comprehensive in his inspection. On a 38 degree day Joe kept going back up onto my roof and into the cavity until he found the problem under all the mess there the previous owner had left. Amazing price, and the best thing was that Joe was able to confirm I don't need a whole new roof - which I fully expected. Would never hesitate to use him and his business again, very likely will in the future.

The best thing we ever did when purchasing our first home was calling Gawler Building Inspections . Joe came out to inspect a property which we were in the final stages of purchasing , luckily he saved us from purchasing a home which in the long run would of been a huge financial mistake ! Honest and prompt service , best experience weve had to date . Will definitely be using this company again !

Friendly and great on price but we had Joe come out and do a wall and frame inspection on our new house we are building, he found nothing wrong with the wall or roof structure but we thought to get a second person look and that guy found 4 structural things with the wall and frame plus a few other things.So worth the money, I'm not sure??But overall great guy and fast serviceCheers

Very responsive and accomodating, Joe was able to fit us in quickly as we had a short window we had to have the inspection completed during the cooling off period. Highly detailed and a good eye for small and large issues.
