Smarty Party ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic customer service!!I had a party over the weekend and after deciding to hire a jumping castle to entertain the kids I ended up hiring a fairy floss machine and karaoke machine from awesome party hire and they gave me a great deal!!! Not only was I extremely happy with the cost but the gentleman who delivered and set everything up for us was so kind and perfectly on time!!!I have already recommended awesome party hire to a few of my friends and I will defiantly be using them again! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!

For my sister's 21st birthday this weekend we hired a jukebox, slushy machine, adult jumping castle and the mechanical bull. Everybody who attended had a fantastic time and the staff who delivered and set-up the party equipment were efficient and friendly. The mechanical bull was an absolute hoot! 10/10 will be using Awesome Party Hire for our next event!

This company was deceivingly helpful to begin with. Very friendly on the phone and quick to respond. Eventually, they stopped responding via email in regards to basic questions I had about my booking. I asked them for a Certificate of Compliance (which was required for a council permit), which they assured me that they would provide. They didn't. The mobile number they provide as a contact was going straight to a voicemail, and the landline number previously listed on their website rang out. I left many messages and sent many emails, without any response. I was too concerned to attempt to cancel my booking, because of their no refund policy. So I hoped there had just been a personal issue, and they would still come through, as I had paid the amount due in full. I even journeyed out to their address in Ringwood, to find an empty building. At which time the neighbours told me that I'm one of many customers that come looking for them after they stop responding. On the day of my event, they were no where to be seen, and the mobile number they provided was disconnected. This was a HUGE disappointment, and a MASSIVE stress to myself and my colleagues. We've wasted time and money, trying to work with this business. Please don't waste your time and your money!

I hired the photo booth for my sister's surprise party, it as such a hit with everyone! The props were so much fun and we got a lot of great pics! Staff was so friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly! Would definitely recommend!!

We booked for the dunking tank last week. Didn't get the tank in time but they were courteous enough to let us know they were running late. Not to worry, our guests , the kids and adults too, all had good fun. It was worth it :)

My daughter recently hired a jumping castle for my 50th birthday. The castle was awesome fun and in good working order although the delivery service was woeful. The castle arrived 3 hours late and was picked up a day late. No communication on their part to say they were running late. I wasted 2 days sitting around on my birthday waiting for delivery and pick up. A phone call could have avoided this review.

I recently hired a photo booth for my sisters 21st. They delivered on time and were reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending awesome party hire to friends and family and will definitely be using them again. thanks so much :)

We organised a birthday party for our boys. Unfortunately two serious incidents occurred - the giant slide fell over to the side and the mechanic bull knocked a child's tooth out.Despite the party being stopped halfway due to the above incidents, Awesome has been unwilling to refund the fees that we have paid and/or make a contribution to the medical bills of the injured boy.Very disappointing!We have paid $40 an hour for Awesome party hire staff to supervise the party!! The staff member was on his phone most of the time and didn't help with the slide at all. He (awesome party hire staff ) was operating the bull when accident happened - with earpiece on talking on his phone
